COMPANY PROFILE

Pilar Development Corporation was established in 1966 to enter the field of real estate development at a time when housing projects were few and far between. As a pioneer in "low-cost" housing, PDC developed quality, affordable homes for Filipino families, and is today one of the nation’s most accomplished developers for suburban middle-class residential subdivisions.

Riding on its history of completed communities and satisfied homeowners, PDC is not wont to rest on its laurels. Instead, it continues on today full steam ahead in developing a string of brand new pocket communities, designed and built entirely through the efforts of PDC-grown talent and drive. Debuting late 2000 is the new and exciting Sunpointe Series Homes, BF Resort Village in Las Piñas City, featuring exclusivity and security as its premiere offering, not to mention its charming Mediterranean looks, inspired by the timeless designs of Italian architectural masters.

Pilar Development Corporation launched BF-Pilar Southville last March 2001. It is known to be the premiere flagship of PDC. BF-Pilar Southville, an entirely brand new 13-hectare subdivision is an expansion phase to the long-completed Pilar Village. PDC has high hopes of transforming what was once open grass land into a sanctuary for families seeking security, tranquility and peace of mind.

The Company's central office is located at the PDC Compound at Pilar Village in Las Piñas City. It is duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission with SEC No. 29766 issued on June 27, 1966. Even as PDC is regarded as a developer with a progressive track record under its belt, it operates on a lean and team-oriented management organization that is proud to carry on the legacy left to them by the founders of the company.
